1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NodeRunner ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. Description of Service

NodeRunner is a desktop application for autonomous pipeline management. It runs user-provided scripts, monitors their execution, and sends notifications when attention is needed. NodeRunner is the orchestrator — it does not execute your pipeline logic directly.

3. License

NodeRunner is provided under a limited license. You may install and use the Software on your personal computer for lawful purposes. The Software includes a 14-day free trial. After the trial period, a valid license key is required for continued use.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the scripts and prompts you run through NodeRunner
• You must not use NodeRunner for any unlawful purpose, including spam, bulk messaging, or unauthorized access to systems
• You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials you configure in the app
• You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the data you process through your pipelines

5. SMS Messaging

NodeRunner includes optional SMS notification features powered by a third-party messaging service. By entering your phone number and enabling SMS notifications, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your running projects. These messages include:

• Roadblock alerts when a process needs attention
• Heartbeat loss warnings when a project goes silent
• Completion notifications when projects finish

Message frequency: Varies based on your project activity. Typically fewer than 10 messages per month for normal use.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your carrier.

To opt out: Remove your phone number from NodeRunner Settings, or reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact support@puresaas.net.

6. AI Features

NodeRunner includes Node Builder features (planning/review) that use NodeRunner's managed AI service. If your own project uses AI vendors, you must provide your own vendor account and API token. AI suggestions are provided "as is" and should be reviewed before acting on them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PURESAAS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL PURESAAS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

9. Intellectual Property

NodeRunner and all associated trademarks, logos, and content are the property of PureSaaS. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Software except as expressly permitted.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Software at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
